About The Founder

Separation is bloody hard!

It can send you to the lowest point in your life and continue to hit you with curve balls you were never expecting. The hardest part is that life goes on and you, somehow, have to pick yourself up and begin to re-build your life. You find yourself wandering around the house wondering WTF just happened!?!

The good (maybe not so good) news is your not alone.

In 2021, the highest divorce and separation rates occurred in marriages less than 9 years, with 41% ending in divorce, and 56% in separation.

Whilst these figures probably won’t give you much comfort, they are proof that separation and divorce are a real problem. During my own journey of separation and divorce, I found there was a real gap in the level of supports available.

My goal is to bridge that gap. I never want anyone to go through this alone.

Meet Alison

I remember feeling like a failure and thinking (naively) that I was the only person experiencing separation - little did I know!

My personal journey has had its challenges. I separated when my youngest was not even 1. I was trying to work and be a mother, however it felt like I was failing miserably at both. I was broken. I was in my Phoenix phase for 12 months before I was able to go out and crack a genuine smile. I felt lost, alone, in a haze, confused and wondering what I was supposed to do next. I now lovingly refer to this as my 'drunken phase'. After making it through this phase, I discovered my inner Warrior and slowly re-designed myself and my life.

Part of that redesign included the birth of Pheonix2Warrior.

I have been humbled and fortunate enough to have built relationships with clients who have experienced many different types and styles of separation situations including: narcissistic abuse, alcoholism, family violence, navigating the family court system, legal settlements, non-legal settlements, custody battles, financial agreements, parenting plans, dating, health & wellbeing, self love and empowerment. These experiences continue to bring insights, enabling me to keep up to date on current issues and concerns people are facing.

Human psychology has always sparked my curiosity, and although I have no formal qualifications in this space, it is through my own journey, the stories and experiences shared with me by others, and my ability to get shit done, that enables me to provide these services to you.

I am confident I can provide you with the guidance and support you are seeking.
